The only settings I changed was turning vsync off and game is set to full screen. My brightness was set to medium, at max brightness average power draw was 5.6w. I used PowerTools (a plugin within Deckyloader) the settings I changed within it were reducing the threads to 4 (leaving smt enabled) and enabling Downclock Memory. Without these PowerTools settings, average power draw was 5.5w at medium brightness and 7.2w at max brightness.
