Under the Graphics tab, make sure Vertical Synchronization is OFF.
Under the Advanced tab, choose the following options:
Note: I use CryoUtilities 2.0 @ recommended settings, have my UMA Frame Buffer Size set to 4 GB, and undervolt with -20 mV for all offsets. This broadly improves performance and stability, and it can sometimes even allow for pushing higher graphics settings.

- Shadow Quality: Medium
- Texture Quality: Full
- Anti-Aliasing: Quality
- Screen Space Reflection: Performance
- Ambient Occlusion: ON
- Bloom: ON
- Motion Blur: OFF
- Depth of Field: OFF
- Fog: ON
- Wall Destruction Effects: Mixed
In GameScope, set the Frame Limit to 60fps/60hz. This will give you a very stable 60 FPS and provide nice visual fidelity.
