Highest settings achieve locked 45fps, game looks great and plays great. Offers around 3 hours playtime, could definitely be more at locked 30 instead. 

Go into the game's graphics settings and adjust to the following values:

• Resolution: 800p
• V-sync: OFF
• Graphics Preset: Ultra
• Motion Blur: OFF

In GameScope, set the frame limit to 45fps/90hz.

By default, the game displays in a 16:9 aspect ratio. If you want a matching 16:10 for the deck's display, then install the dos2deck mod.

Also note that, if you prefer 60 FPS to 45 FPS, you can go down to the High preset, turn Lighting Quality back up to High, and get a pretty solid 60 it seems. The difference between 45 and 60 in this title is not very noticeable, though, and the Ultra settings give you a really nice visual bump.
