game works perfectly on proton experimental, no fixes needed. minimum framerate set to 30. maximum framerate set to 30. everything low/off. async compute on. make sure to uninstall the HD texture pack from your DLC list. the game runs much better without it.

Actually need to be on GE 7-26 - set in game minimum frame rate to 60, maximum unlocked - lower resolution scale as much as possible
