Note
Windowed mode 1280x720, Vsync and motion blur off, View distance and texture at medium, others low. Anti aliasing FXAA, FOV not more than 75, then using the steam deck build in performance setting use the scaling filter FSR with sharpness 5. Should get nearly consistent 40fps.
