Also, the Atelier Sync Fix does work, however in-game text will glitch out so it's basically unusable unfortunately.
The game can reach a stable 60 if you raise the TDP limit to 5, but these settings are for as long battery as possible, while not looking too terrible.
A little more battery could be squeezed out if set to 30fps, but i prefer 40
Do not enable fullscreen in options, it will stretch 2D sprites and it won't look great
Using Proton-GE there is no sound, using Proton Experimental it works.

EDIT: I have discovered a lot of game crashing when applying this hack, so i disabled it. Power usage remained the same, since this game barely uses the gpu.
Alternatively, you can change the resolution in game properties to make it look better: > set a custom res. (i set mine to 1600x900) > check the use for internal display > set the res in the game's launcher
