Set Graphic Mode to Performance and turn OFF V-Sync and Motion Blur. In GameScope, lock it to 45fps/90hz. The menu screen dips in frames a bit but the game itself runs like a dream!

I turned off SSAO, Sun Shafts, Chromatic Abberation and DOF as this game is more GPU hungry than Elden Ring somehow. Due to the simple graphical style I think you could lower settings and resolution further if you want without losing much.
