❇️ screen fram limits (60hz)
❇️TDP LIMIT =  DISABLED
❇️Manual GPU clock = off
❇️scaling mode ( auto)
❇️scaling filter ( liner)
❇️sharpness ( 0 )

🛑in game settings :-

❇️screen brightness ( two lines)
❇️resoultion (1280 x 720) 
❇️window mode ( FULLSCREEN )
❇️Graphics presets ( custom)
❇️v sync ( off)
❇️ Anti_Aliasing (SMAA)
❇️ texture filter ( off)
❇️ blur (off)
❇️ shadows ( high)
❇️ Effects ( high)
❇️ ambient occlusion (on)
❇️ Global IIIUmination (high)
❇️ FidelityFX CAS (on)
❇️FidelityFX CAS level ( three lines)


🌟 Results :-

💥 stable 60 FPS and stabe 16.7 ms  Frametime with rare drops

set SMT to off. use high preset but set anti aliasing to SMAA

high preset but with SMAA, most cases getting around 57-60fps

High settings disable anti aliasing, texture filter, and blur. Vsync off in game and limit fps to 60 in Steam menu and enable fsr. 24w max powerdraw locked 60fps. Same settings 30fps limit in Steam overlay 15w max powerdraw. Same settings 40fps limit in Steam overlay 17w max powerdraw. Same settings 50fps limit in Steam overlay 18w max powerdraw.
