FPS Limit - 60
Texture Quality - Low
Shadow Quality - Low
Effects Quality - Low
Post Processing Quality - Low

Foilage & Detail - Low
Ocean Quality - Medium
Mirror Quality - Low or Medium
Anti-Aliasing Method - Any is fine, even off
Anti-Aliasing Quality - Medium

Set scaling mode to Fill in Performance Options
Turn on FSR with whatever sharpness your comfortable with, 5 works nice for me.
TDP limit adjust as needed if Performance is too low for you.
But 7w seems stable enough but may not be enough in high player count plazas.
Even then performance can vary very much so in plaza and highly decorated condos.
Can adjust Resolution Scale a bit for a bit more fps while sticking to a low TDP.
