Layers of Fear (2016)

Graphics at default settings but could turn on Anisotropic Filtering. Mirror reflection does take a bit of a hit if checked. Something to keep aware of, though. I would say to keep it off as it causes random lag spikes and big dips randomly.

Lower resolution and enable FSR with Sharpness at 2(though, Sharpness is personal preference).
