These settings should give you a solid 40 FPS and ~2,5 hours of playtime.

You could increase Lightning Quality to High and Shadow Quality to Medium and set your TDP Limit to 11, if you dont mind 20-30min less playtime.

Very solid 30fps with minimal movement on frame time graph. You can try these settings at 40fps and will see some dips into the lower 30s.

I noticed that the light settings have a greater impact on the surroundings than other graphics settings, so I prefer to play with high light quality settings. I didn't notice any change in the picture when changing other graphics settings. Also, 40 fps remains quite stable with drops of up to 35 frames per second
